Claire is an experienced talent and development professional with over 20 years’ experience both as a consultant and within line roles. She has worked across a wide range of industries including Oil & Gas, utilities, financial services, technology & media. After several years in consulting Claire joined BP where she held senior roles with responsibility for leadership development, talent management & global L&D strategy. Some of the highlights of her time at BP include responsibility for the leadership academy for the top 100, and leading BP’s digital working strategy to transform collaboration, learning and knowledge management across the company.
