After several years in consulting Claire joined BP where she held senior roles with responsibility for leadership development, talent management & global L&D strategy. Some of the highlights of her time at BP include responsibility for the leadership academy for the top 100, and leading BP’s digital working strategy to transform collaboration, learning and knowledge management across the company.
