Tim has recently joined the Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP) to head the Low Carbon and Circular Economy (LCCE) Programme. He was formerly Head of Policy, Advocacy and Research for Climate, Food and Land at Oxfam International, where his work spanned international climate finance, the food-climate nexus and human rights in food supply chains.

He has experience engaging governments around the world, including as an advisor to the Least Developed Countries Group Chair at the UNFCCC. His most recent work on carbon inequality for Oxfam, where he worked on the EU climate policy, and as a contributing author to the UNEP Emissions Gap Report 2020.

At the core of the Oxford University Business Economics Programme is an intensive, one-week development course for the next generation of senior leaders.
