**Please note that due to current restrictions the capacity for this event is limited, however we are setting up the event as a hybrid format so if you are unable to attend in person you are welcome to join via Zoom**
The Graduation Day is to provide an in-person event to celebrate the OUBEP challenge winners giving a presentation of their winning slides and to hold the OUBEP 2021 graduation ceremony. The day will also include a guided tour of the beautiful and historic sites around Oxford, and a drinks reception followed by dinner in the stunning Grand Hall at Christ Church College, Oxford.
Graduation Day Schedule (All times are UK time)
12:30 – 13:00 – Buffet lunch
13:00 – 16:00 – Graduation Ceremony
16:00 – 18:00 – Guided walking tour of Oxford with Isabella Underhill
19:00 – 19:30 – Drinks reception
19:30 – 22:30 – Dinner

COVID-19 Guidance
(Please note that these guidelines have been written following current advice and guidelines and may change)
Christ Church College do not require attendees to of had a COVID test before visiting, however we would recommend that everyone attending in-person take a LFD Test 48hrs prior to the event and on the morning of the event. We and the college will be following the Government guidance at the time so if social distancing and mask wearing is advised, we will be implementing this. Additionally the college may be temperature checking arrivals into lunch and dinner.
